Change of program this week. No new article on how to do this or that, but a more personal article: why I do what I do. Not my “WHY” like Simon Sinek , simply what motivates me on a daily basis in my various activities as consultant, professor, speaker, blogger or director of a digital marketing consulting agency. I only have one professional motivation every morning, and I have the same one every day. I want my clients to succeed with their digital strategy and their web presence. I am totally committed to this goal. Whether it's a start-up that's launching, an executive or a manager looking to progress or find a job, an SME that needs to find new clients, a large account that needs to provide targeted leads to its salespeople.
I don't I have only one desire and one motivation: that it works for them, that their investments Email Data are profitable, that their projects are validated internally, that they can find a job, launch their company, find new clients... Obviously, the skills we bring are paid, but that is not my main driving force. I am not here to get the biggest budget possible and “gobble” on my client’s back. When a client makes another choice or does not validate the project that I proposed to them, I am often more annoyed for them than for me. Certainly, this is a turnover that I would not make, but I am more annoyed by the fact that my contact does not achieve his objectives and that he is ultimately disappointed with his choice.
I am not going to explain like many salespeople or entrepreneurs that our approach is the best in the world, even if I am convinced of it. The reality is that it fascinates me and it excites me. I am absolutely fascinated by the power that data and the tools we use for our clients can bring. In a few days, we get to know an online market at least as well as our interlocutors. What we can learn and understand about a market, its customers, the trends and the competition in just a few weeks is simply fascinating. In any case, it really excites me. As I am pplotionate, it excites me, it motivates me, but it is also what annoys me, annoys me and sometimes puts me beside myself.
